"Owner returned my call same day I left a message I was interested in having an A/C unit installed. I only had fuses at the time. Advised me I could put in a sub panel but suggested all circuit breakers would be better. Did not pressure me into the breakers or a new furnace but I had already received a price on both so I asked him to quote both furnace and A/C. Cost was so reasonable too other company I had both units done. I had my choice of 3 days in that week, including Sat. Installers arrived on time, finished everything same day. All old parts were removed, all areas were cleaned and the new units were tested and explained to me. Overall, a very positive experience."

“Gray Furnace Service technician Dave arrived at the scheduled time of 10:00 am, quickly accessed what he had to do and went right to work. He was prepared bringing all the materials and tooling needed. He recovered the unit's Freon, then proceeded to disconnect electrical power and undo refrigeration lines. Once he verified new location of condenser unit, he placed it there and went about reconnecting copper lines and electrical. The air conditioning unit was then recharged and run to ensure proper operation. Dave then proceeded to access the second a/c unit. He made a quick repair to a copper line that had a small hole then recharged the system. Upon completion of unit recharge, system was started and checked for proper operation. Dave displayed the skill of a true professional. The quality of his work was very good and he was very courteous. I will use the service of Gray Furnace again without question.”

Disconnected the booster fans. ramped up the furnace fan to high, and allowed me to "live with it" for a few days to see if the change provided sufficient heating to the upstairs. It is still the first week and I am evaluating the result, and I appreciate Don's handling of my problem in this manner. I am hopeful that the booster fans are not necessary any longer (they sound like an airplane taking of and landing when they go on and off).
