Before we begin any installation work, we meet with you to explain the process, answer your questions and make sure there will be no surprises during installation. All we ask of you is to make sure you have the area cleared for our crew to work and that you keep small children and animals away from the work area while we’re there. Most installations are completed within a day, so we’ll inconvenience your family as little as possible.
When our crew arrives, they will review and verify with you the work to be done, then discuss any special instructions. When our crew enters your home, floors and carpets will be covered with drop cloths, ensuring that your home will be just as beautiful when we leave as it was when we arrived. Our technicians will not smoke or use inappropriate language while on your property. We have families, too, and understand the need to conduct ourselves professionally at all times.
After the installation is complete, our technicians will review their work with you, making sure you understand how to operate your system. This includes programming your thermostat and showing you how to change filters. They will make sure the job is done to your satisfaction and complete a Quality Installation inspection.
Our crew will clean up the work area and see to it that your home is left in the same condition as when they arrived.
Routine maintenance is the best thing you can do for your heating and cooling system. Even though your equipment is brand new, it is still important to perform routine maintenance. In fact, many manufacturers require it to ensure the warranty remains valid. When we perform routine maintenance on your system, it gives us the chance to see that your system is tuned to best meet your needs and that everything is operating optimally.
An improperly installed filter or a thermostat that isn’t calibrated correctly can cause problems that you may not be aware of. Just as your car needs regular service, so does your new home comfort system.
